117 Application for review (1) An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the Local Court for a review of the merits of the decision. (2) The application must be made: (a) within 28 days after: (i) the day the person received notice of the decision in accordance with section 116; or (ii) if subparagraph (i) does not apply – the day the person became aware of the decision; or (b) within such further time as the Court allows.
