103 Establishment The Minister may establish one or more Advisory Committees to inquire into and report back to the Minister about any matter the Minister refers to the Committee relating to any of the following: (a) the use of chemical products; (b) the manufacture, sale and use of fertilisers or stockfoods; (c) the management of land or agricultural produce contaminated by chemicals; (d) the administration of this Act generally.
