S. 61(1) substituted by No. 73/1994 s. 53(3), amended by No. 22/2022 s. 30.
(1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing given to the holder of a licence, permit or certificate, require that person to supply any information that is reasonably required to enable the Secretary to decide whether the licence, permit or certificate should be cancelled.
(2) A person who is given a notice must comply with it.
- In the case of a corporation, 50 penalty units.
In any other case, 20 penalty units.
