I, MIKE KELLY, Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Order under section 7 of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994.

1 Name of Order

This Order is the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Repeal Order 2011.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Repeal

The Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Order 1999 is repealed.
