78Commencement of assessment period

#### 78 Commencement of assessment period (1) For an application of a kind mentioned in an item of the table in clause 2.1 of Schedule 6 (other than item 13A), the period specified in column 2 or 3 of the item commences on the following date: (a) if the notice issued in relation to the application under subsection 11(2), 28(2) or 110A(2) of the Code, or subregulation 8AP(1) or 8AQ(2) of these Regulations, required the applicant to pay an amount of application fee for the application, or provide a number of copies of the application, or both—the date on which the applicant complies with all requirements in the notice; (b) in any other case—on the date of the notice issued under subsection 11(2), 28(2) or 110A(2) of the Code, or subregulation 8AP(1) or 8AQ(2) of these Regulations, in relation to the application. (2) For an application of a kind mentioned in item 13A of the table in clause 2.1 of Schedule 6, the period specified in column 2 or 3 of the item commences when the application is lodged.
