#### 77 Meaning of modular assessment period For the purposes of the table in clause 2.1 of Schedule 6, the modular assessment period for an application of a kind specified in column 1 of that table is: (a) in the case of a timeshift application—the assessment period set out in the project plan for the application; and (b) in the case of any other kind of application—the sum of: (i) for each of the assessment modules set out in items 2.1 to 10.3 of the table in Schedule 7 that the APVMA considers necessary for the application to undergo—the longest of the periods specified in column 2 of the table for those items; and (ii) for the type of finalisation set out in items 11.1 to 11.3 of the table in Schedule 7 that the APVMA considers necessary for the finalisation of the application—the period specified for that item.
