#### 76B Extension of assessment period or extended assessment period for recategorised applications (1) The assessment period or extended assessment period for an application is extended if: (a) the APVMA recategorises the application under regulation 70B; and (b) an additional amount is payable by the applicant under subregulation 70B(3). (2) The extension of the assessment period or extended assessment period for the application is the period: (a) starting on the date of the notice given by the APVMA under subregulation 70B(3); and (b) ending on the date on which the applicant pays the additional amount.
