#### 7 Definition of agricultural chemical product—section 4 of the Code (1) For subsection 4(3) of the Code, a substance or mixture of substances included in a class of substances or mixtures of substances listed in Part 2 of Schedule 3 is declared to be an agricultural chemical product. (2) For paragraph 4(4)(b) of the Code, a substance or mixture of substances included in a class of substances or mixtures of substances listed in Part 3 of Schedule 3 is declared not to be an agricultural chemical product.
