#### 67 Disclosure of confidential commercial information about chemical products not yet registered etc For the purposes of subparagraph 162(3)(c)(iii) of the Code a prescribed person is: (a) in the case of a chemical product in respect of which an application for registration has been made—a person who is expressly authorised to obtain the information by the applicant for registration; or (b) in the case of an active constituent in respect of which an application for approval has been made—a person who is expressly authorised to obtain the information by the applicant for approval.
