#### 59E Requirements for issue of licence For paragraph 123(1)(b) of the Code, it is a requirement for the issue of a licence that, if directed to do so by the APVMA CEO, the applicant for the licence: (a) undergoes an audit by an APVMA inspector, or another person authorised in writing by the APVMA, of the facilities, equipment, systems, processes, procedures and personnel to be used in the manufacture of the chemical products; and (b) demonstrates to the satisfaction of the APVMA that the applicant will comply with the conditions to be imposed on the licence if the licence is issued.
