#### 4 Definition of date‑controlled chemical product—section 3 of the Code For the purposes of the definition of date‑controlled chemical product in section 3 of the Code, the following are declared to be date‑controlled chemical products: (a) each veterinary chemical product; (b) an agricultural chemical product specified in Schedule 1. > Note: Division 3 of Part 4 of the Code dealing with date‑controlled chemical products does not apply to listed chemical products or reserved chemical products: see regulation 43A.
