#### 26 Rules governing the conduct of an arbitration (1) For the purposes of section 71 of the Code (which deals with the conduct of an arbitration), regulations 27 to 39 apply to an arbitration under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Code. (2) A law that relates to the conduct of commercial arbitration, to the extent that it is inconsistent with any regulation mentioned in subregulation (1), does not apply to an arbitration under Division 3 of Part 3 of the Code.
