For subsection 34AF(1) of the Code, the prescribed matters are either or both of the following: (a) the matters mentioned in paragraphs 5D(1)(g), (h) and (i) of the Code; (b) the matters mentioned in paragraphs 8AE(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of these Regulations.
