52 Produce

(1) If the proposed research will produce food that is not available for consumption by humans or animals, the application must contain, or be accompanied by, a description of the method by which the produce will be disposed of. (2) If the proposed research will produce food that is available for consumption by humans or animals, the application must contain, or be accompanied by, information supporting the statement made for the purposes of paragraph 50(h). (3) If produce of the proposed research will be exported, the application must contain, or be accompanied by, information about the countries to which the produce will be exported and the relevant residue or tolerance limits of those countries.
