35 Efficacy criteria

(1) The application must contain, or be accompanied by, information relevant to whether the chemical product meets the efficacy criteria, but only to the extent that the variation proposed affects whether the product meets the efficacy criteria. (2) The application must contain, or be accompanied by, the results of any trials or laboratory experiments that have been carried out to determine the efficacy of the product, but only if the APVMA is required by subsection 5B(2) of the Code to have regard to that matter and only if the variation proposed affects whether the product meets the efficacy criteria.
