For a veterinary chemical product, if there is an approved active constituent for the product, the application must contain, or be accompanied by: (a) the distinguishing number for the constituent (if known to the applicant); and (b) the relevant standards or specifications for the constituent; and (c) the results of an analysis of a batch of the constituent performed no more than 2 years before the date of the application.
