20 Application of Division
This Division applies to an application for the registration of a chemical product and the approval of a label for the product if: (a) the relevant chemical product (the repacked product) contains an approved active constituent; and (b) the chemical product is the same as a registered chemical product (the original product); and (c) the repacked product is to be registered with a different name.
