8V Matters to be taken into account in preparing a standard
The APVMA must not make a standard for a listed chemical product unless the APVMA is satisfied that compliance with the standard would result in: (a) the product meeting the safety criteria, the trade criteria and the efficacy criteria; and (b) any label for containers for the product meeting the labelling criteria.
