#### 8J Published notice of variations of approvals and registrations (1) If the APVMA varies any of the relevant particulars or conditions of the approval of an active constituent or the registration of a chemical product, it must, unless it thinks that in the circumstances it is unnecessary to do so, publish notice of the variation. (2) The notice must: (a) be published in the Gazette, as soon as practicable, and in any other manner that the APVMA thinks appropriate; and (b) state that the relevant particulars or conditions have been varied and the date on which the variation took place; and (c) contain a brief statement of the nature of, and reasons for, the variation; and (d) include any information prescribed by the regulations.
