6B Varying relevant particulars and conditions
To avoid doubt, a power under this Code to vary relevant particulars or conditions: (a) includes the power to add or remove relevant particulars or conditions; but (b) does not authorise the APVMA to vary or remove relevant particulars that were not determined, or conditions that were not imposed, by the APVMA.
