44Inter‑related suspensions and cancellations

#### 44 Inter‑related suspensions and cancellations (1) If the APVMA suspends or cancels the approval of an active constituent for a proposed or existing chemical product, it must also suspend or cancel any registration of that product. (2) If the APVMA suspends or cancels the registration of a chemical product, it may also suspend or cancel, as the case may be, any approval relating to a label for containers for the product. (3) If the APVMA suspends or cancels the approval of the only approved label, or all the approved labels, for containers for a chemical product, it may also suspend or cancel, as the case may be, the registration of the product.
