27 Applications
(1) The holder may apply to the APVMA for variation of the relevant particulars or conditions of: (a) the approval of an active constituent; or (b) the registration of a chemical product; or (c) the approval of a label for containers for a chemical product.
Note: The APVMA may only vary relevant particulars or conditions that it has imposed. See section 6B.
(2) A person may, with the consent of the holder, apply to the APVMA for variation of the relevant particulars or conditions of: (a) the registration of a chemical product; or (b) the approval of a label for containers for a chemical product. (3) An application under subsection (1) or (2) must meet the application requirements.
