#### 168 Statement to be included in certain notices of decisions (1) If written notice of the making of a decision to which section 167 applies, or of the making of a decision under section 166 which, because of subsection 166(5), is taken to be a decision to which section 167 applies, is given to a person (other than a co‑ordinator designated for this or another jurisdiction), that notice must include a statement to the effect that: (a) subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made by or on behalf of a person whose interests are affected by the decision to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision; and (b) a person whose interests are affected by the decision may, under section 268 of that Act, request a statement of reasons for the decision. (2) Any failure to comply with a requirement of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
