#### 16 Multiple approvals or registrations (1) The approval of an active constituent does not preclude the approval of the same constituent on the application of another person. (2) The registration of a chemical product on the application of a person does not preclude the registration on the application of another person of another chemical product that has the same or similar constituents. (3) The approval of a label for containers for a chemical product does not preclude the approval of another label or other labels for containers for that product.
