150Forfeiture

#### 150 Forfeiture (1) If a person is convicted of an offence against this Code in respect of a thing that the court finds to be the property of that person, the court may order all or any part of the thing to be forfeited to the APVMA. (2) If the court makes an order under subsection (1) in respect of, or in respect of part of, a thing, the thing, or that part of the thing, as the case may be, becomes the property of the APVMA and, subject to section 162, may be dealt with or disposed of in any manner that the APVMA thinks appropriate.
