#### 136 Details of warrant etc. to be given to occupier (1) An inspector must comply with subsection (2) if: (a) a warrant is being executed in relation to premises; and (b) the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises. (2) The inspector must, as soon as practicable: (a) do one of the following: (i) if the warrant was issued under section 143 or 143A—make a copy of the warrant available to the occupier or other person (which need not include the signature of the magistrate who issued it); (ii) if the warrant was signed by a magistrate under section 143B—make a copy of the form of warrant completed under subsection 143B(6) available to the occupier or other person; and (b) inform the occupier or other person of the rights and responsibilities of the occupier or other person under Division 7 of this Part.
