129 Explanation of Part
(1) This Part contains powers: (a) to gather information; and (b) to search premises with or, in some cases, without a warrant to find out whether either or both of the following apply: (i) an offence against an agvet law has been committed; (ii) an agvet penalty provision has been contravened. (2) It also contains various ancillary provisions.
