#### 69HA Protection of inspectors etc. An inspector, a person assisting an inspector, or other member of the staff of the APVMA, is not liable to any proceedings relating to an act done, or omitted to be done, in good faith in the performance or purported performance of a function, or in the exercise or purported exercise of a power, conferred on the inspector, person or member by this Act or the Code set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994.
