52Variation of corporate plan

#### 52 Variation of corporate plan (1) The Board may, at any time, review a corporate plan and consider whether a variation to the plan is necessary. (2) The Board must, if requested by the Minister, vary a corporate plan and give the variation to the Minister for approval. (3) The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, vary a corporate plan. (4) A variation of a plan already in force takes effect on the day the variation is approved. (5) Despite subsection (3), the Minister’s approval is not required for a minor variation of the plan. A minor variation of a plan already in force takes effect on the day the variation is made.
