27KReview of the Board

#### 27K Review of the Board (1) The Minister must cause a review to be conducted of the functions and operation of the Board. (2) The review must be completed before the end of the period of 4 years beginning on the day this section commences. (3) At any time after the review referred to in subsection (1) is completed, the Minister may cause a review to be conducted of the functions and operation of the Board. (4) The person undertaking a review under this section must give the Minister a written report of the review. (5) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the report is given to the Minister.
