7 Power of APVMA to make certain determinations
The APVMA may: (a) by notice in writing to the manufacturer or importer of a chemical product, determine the amount that would have been received by the manufacturer or importer in respect of the product at a particular time as mentioned in the definition of notional wholesale value in subsection 3(1); or (b) by notice published in the Gazette, determine a later day for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of prescribed date for payment in subsection 3(1).
