31 Administrative Appeals Tribunal may review certain decisions by APVMA
An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of: (a) a decision of the APVMA determining, or refusing to determine, a later day for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of prescribed date for payment in subsection 3(1); or (b) a decision of the APVMA determining an amount under paragraph 7(a); or (c) a decision of the APVMA under subsection 11(2) waiving, or refusing to waive, the whole or part of the liability to pay an amount of late payment penalty; or (d) a decision of the APVMA allowing, or refusing to allow, a further period for the making of a request under subsection 15(1).
