84A Publication of findings and determination (1) The Board must publish, in any manner that makes it publicly available in the Territory, its findings and determinations under sections 44 and 68 as soon as practicable after making the findings and determinations. (2) In publishing its findings and determinations, the Board may withhold any information from the public if satisfied there are reasonable grounds for doing so. (3) No criminal or civil proceeding lies against an officer or employee of the Board for or in relation to an action taken in good faith for the purpose of complying with subsection (1).
