83 Protection of persons appearing before Board (1) A legal practitioner or other person appearing before the Board has the same protection and immunity as a legal practitioner has in appearing for a party in proceedings in the Supreme Court. (2) A witness summoned to attend or appear before the Board has the same protection as a witness in proceedings in the Supreme Court.
