80 Refusal to take oath or give evidence (1) A person appearing as a witness at an inquiry must not refuse to take an oath when required by the Board to do so or to answer a question relevant to the proceedings put to the person by a (2) A statement or disclosure made before the Board by a witness is not, except in proceedings for giving false testimony at an inquiry, admissible in evidence in civil or criminal proceedings.
