74 Powers of receiver (1) A receiver appointed under this Part may do all things and shall perform all functions that a licensed agent is permitted to do, or required to perform, by this Act. (2) An agent shall not be personally liable for any default of the receiver appointed for the agent unless the agent is a party to the default.
