72 Responsibility (1) A receiver appointed under this Part: (a) is responsible to the Supreme Court for his or her acts and for the performance of transactions entered into by the receiver; and (b) shall report to the Board as often as required by the Supreme Court. (2) The Supreme Court may replace a receiver appointed under this Part with another registered company auditor to be receiver of the trust moneys of the agent.
