65D Application of prescribed terms, &c. In the event of an inconsistency between a term, condition or provision of an agreement referred to in section 65C(b) and a term, condition or provision prescribed under section 65A(1), the prescribed term, condition or provision prevails, and the first- mentioned term, condition or provision is void and of no effect to the extent of the inconsistency.
