65C Form of agreement An agreement between a licensed agent and a client that is entered into after the commencement of the Agents Licensing Amendment Act 1997 is to be: (a) in writing; and (b) if the agreement is entered into in prescribed circumstances – read as incorporating and being subject to the terms, conditions and provisions prescribed under section 65A(1).
