58 Prescribed period In this Division, prescribed period means: (a) the period of 12 months ending on 30 June in each year; or (b) the period of 12 months ending on such other date as the licensed agent specifies, by notice in writing lodged with the Registrar, to be the date in each year for the purpose of this Part.
