34 Directors, managers, &c., of licensed agent A person other than a licensed agent: (a) shall not, as a member, manager or employee of a firm that is a licensed agent; or (b) shall not, as a director, manager or employee of a company that is a licensed agent, act as or carry out any of the functions of an agent's representative unless he or she is a registered agent's representative. Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units.
