26 Applications by persons other than companies or firms (1) An application for the grant of a licence by a person, not being a company or firm, must be: (a) in the approved form in which the person specifies a licence period of 1 year, 3 years or 5 years; and (ab) accompanied by the prescribed fee for the licence period (2) The Registrar may give a copy of the application to the Commissioner of Police.
