135 Appeals not determined before commencement (1) Subsection (2) applies in relation to an appeal to the Local Court that: (a) was commenced by a person under section 85 of the former Act; and (b) had not been finally determined by the Local Court before the (2) The Local Court must continue to hear and determine the person's appeal in accordance with section 85 of the former Act, as if section 13 of the amending Act had not commenced.
