123 Evidence of licensing or registration A document purporting to be a certificate under the hand of the Chairperson or Registrar and stating that a person was, or was not, on a date or dates or during a period mentioned in the document, the holder of a real estate agent's licence or business agent's licence or a registered agent's representative is, in all courts and before all persons and other bodies authorised to receive evidence, prima facie evidence of the matter so stated.
