121A Contracts for sale of land to be in approved form A real estate agent or a conveyancing agent must not arrange for the preparation and execution of a contract of sale of land, unless the contract is in a form: (a) approved by the Registrar for the purposes of this Act; or
Agents Licensing Act 1979 88 (b) approved by the Law Society Northern Territory for use by persons who are not legal practitioners.
