108B Licensed agents required to hold approved indemnity insurance (1) An agent must not carry on business as an agent unless the agent is insured under an approved indemnity insurance policy. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a period during which the agent is exempt under a regulation from the requirement to be insured under an approved indemnity insurance policy.
