sec.31 Retained records
This section applies if— under section 58 of the repealed regulation, a person was required to keep a document for a period of not less than 5 years (the retention period ); and the person is a principal agent; and on the commencement, the retention period has not expired. Section 58 of the repealed regulation continues to apply to the person in relation to the document. (sec.31-ssec.1) This section applies if— under section 58 of the repealed regulation, a person was required to keep a document for a period of not less than 5 years (the retention period ); and the person is a principal agent; and on the commencement, the retention period has not expired. (sec.31-ssec.2) Section 58 of the repealed regulation continues to apply to the person in relation to the document.
