sec.25 Limits on recovery from fund— Act , s 113

For section 113 (2) of the Act , a claimant may not recover more than $200,000. For section 113 (4) of the Act the total amount that may be paid from the fund because of, or arising out of, a contravention mentioned in that section by a single person is $2,000,000. (sec.25-ssec.1) For section 113 (2) of the Act , a claimant may not recover more than $200,000.
