98B Employment agents must only take fee from employer
(a) the person carries on business as an employment agent; and
(b) the person asks for, or accepts, a benefit from another person for
a service provided as part of carrying on the business; and
(c) the other person is not—
(i) seeking to have work carried out; or
(ii) a model or performer.
model includes a person employed—
(a) to pose for a photographer, painter, sculptor or other artist; or
(b) to wear and display clothes or other articles to potential
customers or the public.
performer means an actor, singer, dancer, musician, acrobat, disc
jockey, compere or any other kind of performer.
