79 False or misleading advertisements
(1) An agent commits an offence if—
(a) the agent publishes an advertisement; and
(b) the advertisement contains a statement about the agent’s
business; and
(c) the agent publishes the advertisement knowing that, or being
reckless about whether, the statement––
(ii) omits anything without which the statement is misleading.
(2) Subsection (1) (c) (i) does not apply if the statement is not false or
misleading in a material particular.
(3) Subsection (1) (c) (ii) does not apply if the omission does not make
the statement misleading in a material particular.
